This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city center. The location is unbeatable, with everything you need just a stone's throw away. The staff here are incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making you feel right at home. The rooms are well-maintained and offer all the basic amenities you could ask for. And let's not forget about the breakfast - a delicious spread with a view of the bustling street and freshly squeezed orange juice!

The staff, location, room and the food were exceptional. The staff was most helpful with directions to get us to our next Hotel in Copenhagen. It was a great experience and just a few minites walk to the castle.The breakfast was wonderful and you could sit outside in the sunshine and enjoy the wonderful surroundings and the food. Would go again and recommend it to friends.

Good location to the train station. Included breakfast was excellent. Didn't stay in the city but would have loved to explore if we'd had the time. Looked like a neat area. Park close by was beautiful.

The hotel is positioned right in the lively shopping district, just a short walk from the main square, making it an ideal location. the breakfast buffet served was free of charge and had plenty of options to choose from. the reception area was well-decorated and clean.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a complimentary breakfast, which was decent and satisfying. The hotel is located in a good area with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The wifi did not work well, and there was no one available to fix it. The room was old and outdated, and the bathroom was dirty. The noise level from the street was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep at night. the experience at this hotel was disappointing and I would not recommend it to others.

The service they provide with home-baked cakes, sandwiches and soup in the evening is very nice. Feels like coming home really. The staff are also friendly and helpful. Super!

The nightclub a bit away from the hotel made some noise in the rooms at the end of the corridor facing the backside. This is only applicable on Wednesdays (dont know anything about weekends though)

The bed and pillow is very good and comfortable. Toilet is very clean too.Breakfast there has wide variety for my 6 nights stay there. Plus point is there are complementary cookies, cakes and wide variety of tea and coffee the whole day with a TV and sofa area in their reception area.

One aspect I really appreciated about this hotel was its location right next to the pedestrian zone in Karlskrona. Being close to everything made it very convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided good service, making us feel welcome during our stay. The rooms were basic but clean, lacking extra blankets in the wardrobe. However, what stood out to me was the breakfast, which had a nice variety of options, including fresh made orange juice. It was a nice touch to start the day with a view of the street from the breakfast area.

I really liked the waffles, the chocolate cake and the good pie that was offered for free during the Swedish coffee time in the afternoon! That was great and I think they offer this during weekdays off-season. We booked some couple of days before we arrived and we got a great double room for 750 SEK with breakfast included and the coffee time was a bonus! The bed in the room was really comfortable and it was nice looking out the window and see the life on the shopping street. The room was really nice and quiet and the breakfast good. The hotel is downtown located by the shopping street and there are restaurants and great clothing and design shops nearby. It is also only 1 minute walk to the harbor! Free parking was also included.

The carpets on the hallway are little bit old and stuck with dirt and should be renovated soon.

Xmas at this hotel was amazing! the breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide range of options including freshly baked bread and pastries. the location was great, right in the center of town and close to the main shopping district. We also loved the sauna, it was perfect after a day of sightseeing.

The room was quite small and outdated, with old-style doorknobs and furniture. the bathroom could use some updating too.

Other than three spiders as roommates in our hotel room it was nice and clean though a little small for a double-room. The interior is quite modern and well cared-for. Nice atmosphere and well situated for trips downtown and around the city.

We were 3 adults in one junior suite and there was a lot of space and the price was better then an ordinary double room for two persons in another hotel. It was right in the middle of the city, close to everthing.

It was not a 24 hour open reception.
